Well, the teen moms all want to convince us that their lives are so tough when they all seem to be on vacation. Yep, that's Leah for you. 

Leah

Leah is packing for a trip to Costa Rica with her sister - good thing she's got so many baby daddies.

Who needs nannies when you've got a baby daddy to take care of you, right? Naturally, Leah's sister has never been out of the country either.

Leah then proceeds to complain to her sister complaining about the pressure of being with or without Jeremy and how it might affect Addie. Boo hoo. What does seem sad, however, is that Addie has a biopsy pending. 

Kail

Kail is along for the ride in Costa Rica and partying it up too. Kail boo hoos about how it was tough to go to Mexico because the kids couldn't do what they wanted.

Later, she goes white water rafting. Kail and Leah keep the adventures up but the drama limited.

Jade

 Jade had a terrible fight with Sean and now she's talking up a storm about her her hopes that moving could be the solution. Dream on, honey. 

Sean tells Jade about how he's tired of her attitude. 

Chelsea

Chelsea is driving somewhere as usual. Looks like she's on her way to see her dad. She talks with Papa Randy who encourages her to seek therapy for her anxiety.

It turns out, Chelsea is also thinking of moving. Woah. In fact, Chelsea takes some real action, showing Cole some land closer to her parents that they can build on.

Briana

Briana decompresses about the Devoin drinking incident. She notes that Nova was okay and didn't feel uncomfortable but now Bri feels like she can't trust Devoin more than ever. 

Devoin talks to a friend about how he's not an alcoholic. Mhmmmm. 

We get to see the footage from the Teen Mom 2 reunion displaying Devoin at his worst and being in denial about his issues with substance abuse.
